The better your habits, the better your life. Captain Obvious here. I'm trying to start a new, good habit. I've been able to get myself out of bed by eight o'clock for a good couple of weeks now. Today, I got up then I did the amazing new something. I got myself moving right away. This isn't showing off, because I am sure that there are more people out there that have accomplished more than I have.
The point though, is that i have. I am celebrating that in three hours I was showered, dressed, shoveled for the mailman and for us, fed the birds, folded a load of laundry, assembled the ingredients for a cake, and made a store list. The old normal was possibly getting dressed by noon. Here's to the new normal.
