Ham butt slathered in orange marmelade, fig preserves and a drizzle of dijon mustard. Local apples, onions, sweet and white potatoes crowded into the pan. What you don't see here are local carrots cooked in honey and lime water. Nor do you see the pecan peach cornbread, my latest experiment into gluten free baking. Made ham gravy, too.
