When everything is done boilng, I'll add a couple tablespoons of real butter and Greek Yogurt. Heart Attacks get Sour Cream and the heaviest Cream I have on hand, Whipping Cream is keeno.

Dawned on me about an hour ago that this one meal I would never cook for Kath. Sex Goddesses don't eat onions. I'm simmering all this in cheap white wine. I am skipping over the thoughts of Buttermilk Gravy. I'll add some potato water and gluten free Chicken Base, then when it starts a 'simmering, I'll thicken it with Corn Starch. It's about time to mash the 'taters. . .
