Much to my surprise I discovered I only smoked seventeen cigarettes in the past twenty-four hours. Today's psychological lesson had to do with the reasons why I want to quit. Chantix gave me a list of reasons to choose from and some room to write down my own particular things. | I want to quit because I no longer enjoy smoking, my family is worried about my health. I'm tired of smelling like smoke and I don't want to expose anyone to my second hand smoke. It's time to make a positive change in my lifestyle because I have enough problems with being gluten free. |
If that's not enough, I want to be able to breathe better, spend smoke money on fun things, and take a walking vacation with Jenny as a non-smoker.
